1. 我们处理哪些数据
你上传的视频/音频及其衍生数据(转录文本、译文、字幕、参考音色切片、译制成片)、账户信息(用户名、登录凭据由身份服务持有)以及订单与支付记录。
We process the videos/audio you upload and derived data (transcripts, translations, subtitles, voice reference clips, dubbed output), account info (username; credentials held by the identity provider), and order/payment records.
2. 数据交给谁(外部处理商)

其余处理(说话人分离、时间轴、混音合成、文件存储)在声桥自有服务器完成。
All other processing (speaker diarization, timing, mixing, storage) runs on zvex's own servers. Voice cloning sends only a ≤25s reference clip per character to DashScope.
3. 保留与删除
任务产物(原片、成片、中间音频、校正数据)保留至你请求删除;订单与交易记录依法保留。你可以随时邮件 erzat1986@foxmail.com 申请删除你账户下的指定任务数据或注册音色,我们会在 30 天内完成删除并回复。备份介质中的残留可能存在最多 90 天的滞后期。
Task artifacts are kept until you request deletion; order records are retained as required by law. Email erzat1986@foxmail.com to request deletion of task data or registered voices — completed within 30 days. Backup media may retain residue for up to 90 days.
4. 内容与声音授权(你的承诺)
你声明对上传内容拥有翻译、配音等处理所需的权利。基于你的视频生成的参考音色仅用于你自己的任务,不会被用于其他用户的内容,也不会用于训练我们自有模型。
You warrant you hold rights to process uploaded content. Voice references derived from your video are used only for your own tasks — never for other users, nor to train in-house models.
5. 欧盟用户(GDPR)
法律依据:提供服务(合同履行,Art. 6(1)(b))、支付与防欺诈(合法利益)、音色克隆与删除请求(你可以随时撤回同意)。上述处理商位于中国,构成数据跨境传输,我们通过合同约束与最小化传输(仅任务必要切片/文本)控制风险。你可以行使访问、更正、删除、可携、反对权,联系 erzat1986@foxmail.com;你有权向监管机构投诉。
Legal bases: contract performance (6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (payments/fraud), consent (voice cloning — withdrawable). Processors are located in China (international transfer), governed by contractual terms and data minimization. Exercise your rights via erzat1986@foxmail.com; you may complain to your supervisory authority.
6. 未成年人
本服务不面向 16 岁以下用户。
