Videos/audio you upload and their derivative data (transcripts, translations, subtitles, reference voice slices, dubbed outputs), account information (username; login credentials are held by the identity service), and order and payment records. To improve service quality, we retain samples of certain request content for a short period (no more than 14 days) for internal statistical analysis; such samples are not displayed externally and are automatically deleted upon expiration.

Task outputs (original footage, final outputs, intermediate audio, correction data) are retained until you request deletion; order and transaction records are retained as required by law. Residual data in backup media may persist with a lag of up to 90 days.

You represent that you hold the rights necessary for translation, dubbing, and other processing of the uploaded content. Reference voices generated based on your videos are used solely for your own tasks, will not be used for other users' content, and will not be used to train our own models.
You warrant you hold rights to process uploaded content. Voice references derived from your video are used only for your own tasks — never for other users, nor to train in-house models.
Legal bases: provision of services (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), payments and fraud prevention (legitimate interests), voice cloning and deletion requests (you may withdraw consent at any time). The above processors are located in China, which constitutes a cross-border data transfer; we control risks through contractual constraints and minimized transfers (only task-necessary slices/text). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection by contacting contact@zvex.cn; you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
