1. 服务内容

zvex 提供视频语音的自动翻译、配音与字幕译制。服务按视频分钟计费(积分制,1 积分 = 1 分钟),时长以服务端实际探测为准。译制结果由 AI 生成,我们提供专家校正工具让你校对后重新合成。

zvex provides AI video translation, dubbing and subtitles, billed per minute of video (credits; 1 credit = 1 minute) measured server-side. Output is AI-generated; expert correction tools let you review and re-render.

2. 账户

你需通过第三方身份服务登录并对自己账户下的活动负责。邀请制试点期间,我们可能限制注册与并发任务数。

You sign in via a third-party identity provider and are responsible for activity under your account. During the invite-only pilot, registrations and concurrent tasks may be limited.

3. 计费与退款

下单时预扣积分;任务失败或取消自动全额退还(同一订单的退款总额不超过其扣费总额)。积分用于兑换译制服务,已成功消耗部分不重复退还;未使用积分可申请余额退款,通道手续费由收款方规则决定。

Credits are pre-deducted per order and auto-refunded in full on failure/cancellation (refunds never exceed charges for the same order). Unused credits are refundable subject to payment-channel rules.

4. 内容授权

你声明并保证对上传视频拥有翻译、配音、生成衍生作品的权利,且其中人物声音的使用已获必要授权。你保留上传内容与成片的全部权利;我们仅在提供服务必需的范围内处理它们(详见隐私政策)。

You warrant you hold rights to translate/dub uploaded videos, including necessary consents for voices appearing in them. You retain all rights to your content and outputs; we process them solely to provide the service (see Privacy).

5. 禁止用途

不得上传违法、侵权内容,或利用本服务生成深度伪造用于欺诈、冒充、骚扰;不得对服务进行逆向工程或规避计费与容量控制。

No illegal/infringing content, fraudulent deepfakes or impersonation; no reverse engineering or bypassing billing/capacity controls.

6. 服务可用性与责任

试点阶段不承诺无中断服务;因外部模型服务波动导致的质量下降,我们将按失败处理退还积分。在法律允许范围内,我们的累计责任以你在争议发生前 3 个月内支付的费用为限。

No uptime SLA during the pilot; quality degradation from upstream model outages is treated as failure and refunded. Liability is capped at fees paid in the 3 months preceding the dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
