zvex provides automated translation, dubbing, and subtitle production for video and audio content. The service is billed by video minutes (credits system, 1 credit = 1 minute), with duration determined by actual server-side detection. Production results are generated by AI; we provide expert correction tools for you to proofread and re-synthesize.

You must log in through a third-party identity service and are responsible for activity under your account. During the invitation-only pilot period, we may limit registration and the number of concurrent tasks.

Credits are pre-deducted at the time of order placement; in the event of task failure or cancellation, a full automatic refund shall be issued (the total refund for the same order shall not exceed the total amount deducted). Credits are used to redeem production services; portions successfully consumed shall not be refunded again. Unused credits may be subject to a balance refund upon request, with channel processing fees determined by the payee's rules.

You represent and warrant that you hold the rights to translate, dub, and create derivative works from the uploaded videos, and that the use of voices of individuals therein has been duly authorized. During the pilot phase, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service; where quality degradation results from fluctuations in external model services, we will treat it as a failure and refund credits.
